HAB LICENCE AGREEMENT

By installing or using HAB you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install it.

1. WHAT YOU GET
   HAB is software you run on your own computer. Your licence key lets you install and use one copy of HAB on one PC,
   for you and the people in your household or group you add to it. You may also install HAB as a "helper PC" on other
   computers you own, to lend their graphics cards to your HAB.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   - Share, sell, rent or publish your licence key, or use it on more than one main PC.
   - Remove or get around the licence check, or copy HAB for others (except as these terms allow).
   - Use HAB to break the law, to harm, harass, spy on or deceive anyone, to make illegal content, or to break the rules
     of the AI models you use with it (see THIRD_PARTY.txt), including their acceptable use policies.

2a. NO TOLERANCE FOR HARMFUL CONTENT OR ABUSE
   There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use HAB to make, ask for or share
   sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises anyone without consent, hateful, harassing or violent
   content aimed at people, or content that helps anyone cause serious harm. Deliberately trying to get around HAB's
   safety rules ("jailbreaking") freezes HAB until the owner unlocks it with the admin password, and the owner can
   remove an account that misuses HAB. Anyone can report a reply with "Report this reply" (the ... button under it);
   reports go to the owner of that HAB, who should act on them promptly.

3. AI ANSWERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
   HAB's answers come from AI models. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Nothing HAB says is medical, legal,
   financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person. In an emergency, call your
   local emergency number.

4. SMART-HOME CONTROL
   If you connect smart-home devices, you are responsible for which devices HAB may control. HAB asks for a typed "yes"
   before risky actions (locks, garage doors, alarms, heating), but you must not rely on HAB for safety or security.

5. CHILDREN
   HAB is for adults. You must be 18 or older to make an account or use HAB, and you must not let children use your
   account or your copy of HAB.

6. OTHER SOFTWARE AND SERVICES
   HAB uses other software (listed in THIRD_PARTY.txt), each under its own licence. If you connect an online or rented
   AI service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you send it.

7. UPDATES
   HAB may offer updates. You choose when to install them. Updates are covered by these terms.

8. NO WARRANTY
   HAB is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or
   damage caused by AI answers or device control, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HAB.
   Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. ENDING
    This licence ends if you break these terms. You can stop using HAB and delete it at any time.
